Mural Gallery
I love to brighten walls with imagination!!
This mural is on the wall of a Music Studio where children and adults learn to play instruments and sing. The owner wanted a bright, music-themed lobby.
These murals are in a church’s Children’s Area, which had a Jungle theme. The animals and vines were scattered throughout the halls leading to the classrooms.
These murals were painted in a church basement, which was also used by a daycare during the week. The bright, rich colors transformed a drab area into a bright, inviting space.
These murals were painted in a local church’s Jr./Sr. High room monthly with the assistance of some of the teens. The murals’ themes followed the subjects of the lessons, and gave the youth who helped with the painting great experiences.
Mural FAQs & Random Info
How far will you travel to paint a mural?
I will drive about an hour for a one-time work session in which I both start and finish the mural. If it is necessary to return multiple times, either the price will increase, or the drive time that I accept will decrease. I live near Edmore, MI.
Do you paint indoor or outdoor murals?
Yes. If the mural is outdoors, I use outdoor paint and/or a polyurethane sealant. If the mural is indoors, I keep a clean tidy work area, using tarps to cover everything else.
How does it work and how long will it take?
Please contact me at beckybooneart@outlook.com and tell me what you have in mind. I generally answer emails within a day or two of receipt. You and I will agree on the scope of the artwork. Within about 2 weeks (depending on my workload) I will send you a rough sketch. Once we are agreed, I will work with you on scheduling time for painting and access to the site. I will contact you if I have any questions or need clarification. You are welcome to contact me during this time, too. The finalization will depend on the size and complexity of the art.
What does it cost?
That can vary greatly!! Talking about a project is completely free. Once we agree, I will ask you to sign an agreement that states the scope of the project, cost of materials, price of my time and talent, and schedule of payment and finalization.
Will you paint copyrighted material?
No, unless you have a signed statement from the author/owner saying that it is ok to do so.
